TNT Super Series rolls into Elegant Builders Raceway Park this Friday
Autos Direct Of Buffalo presents the Friday night sportsman drag racing event!
LANCASTER, NEW YORK (June 25, 2013) The competitors in the Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series will return to Lancaster, New York's Elegant Builders Raceway Park this Friday June 28th. The event, presented by Autos Direct Of Buffalo, will be the first Friday night race of the 2013 season as two previous EBRP events had been cancelled due to rain.
Bill Elekes from Autos Direct Of Buffalo has been a strong supporter of the TNTSS for many years. "Bill has raced in our series since it began," said Ted Barnes, TNTSS Director. "He lost an engine in his Beretta going into the final at our last race so he will be bringing his Monza out of retirement this weekend!"
Last year, it was Chris VanBaalen getting his first win in the extremely competitive sportsman drag racing series against Roy Lister in a tight final round. Lister is another TNTSS 'regular' who hopes to return to competition this weekend.
With only three races completed in the 2013 season, someone to watch is TNTSS newcomer Ryan Boniferro. Currently sitting third in the overall points standings, Boniferro is only 42 points out of first place and has a stranglehold on The Balancing Act Rookie Of The Year Award.
