DRE and Fast Eddie add to TNT Super Series Champion's Package
CANFIELD, ONTARIO (March 16, 2009) The Joe's Transmission TNT Hot Rod Super Series is already well known for giving back to the racers. Thanks to support from DRE Engine Diapers and Fast Eddie Racewear, the 2009 Series Championship just got a little sweeter. The 2009 TNT champ will now receive a DRE engine diaper and a $250 certificate from Fast Eddie's. This is in addition to the $1000 cash, custom embroidered jacket and the Hoosier Tire certificate previously announced.
"DRE is glad to support the TNT series because we believe in supporting grass-roots racing," said Dennis Ridgeway of DRE. "Our motto is 'keep the accident in the diaper, not on the track'." Made in the USA, DRE diapers are the original, light-weight, thin Sportsman & Sportsman Kevlar® diapers that are available in several sizes, not one-size-fits-all.
Tony Paton from Fast Eddie Racewear in Stouffville, Ontario is very excited to be a part of the 2009 TNT Series. "These racers are the core of our sport and we're pleased to be involved with a series that draws such a high caliber of competitors."
"The Joe's Transmission TNT Hot Rod Super Series has always paid round money for every round win," commented Ted Barnes, TNT Series Director. "In fact, we actually pay more than 100% of the entry back at every TNT event!" This type of return for the competitors has become the mainstay of the TNT Series. "The series is evolving year over year, but certain aspects of it will never change - like the amount of payback to the racer. We want to see more racers going home feeling good about participating at our events - whether they win on the track or not," added Ted.
DRE now has an engine diaper for factory front end cars, ones with motor mounts cut out and they will even add heat cloth stitched right into the diaper, so you don't have to wrap it around your headers. "DRE is the only company doing this," added Dennis. "We also have our custom diapers and are the home of the $10.00 dollar replacement pads." Check them out at www.enginediapers.com .
