2010 TNT Super Series Champion's Prize Package
Is Better Than Ever
Local sportsman series continues to reward local racers!
CANFIELD, ONTARIO (April 15, 2010) The mandate of the Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series is to reward as many participants as possible. In 2010, the TNT champion will receive an unprecedented prize package. "We've rounded up a prize package worth over $3500.00," said Ted Barnes of the TNT Series. "Sponsor support has been amazing. And it's all with the sportsman racer in mind!"
Not only will the overall champion take home the goods, everyone in the top 5 will receive an embroidered Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series jacket AND a cash payout. And the number one, number five and number ten points finishers will also receive a brand new MSD 6AL-2 digital ignition box.
According to Ed Monte, National Sales Manager at Autotronic Controls, the TNT Super Series and its competitors are taking drag racing into the future. "It's very exciting for MSD to partner with the TNT Series. The success of this series after only three seasons is a testament to the following it has."

The Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series for 2010 kicks off Friday May 14th at Dunn Tire Raceway Park in Lancaster, New York and then to Cayuga Dragway at Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga, Ontario for May 22-23rd with a $1000/win bonus on Saturday night. The Joe’s Transmission TNT Super Series www.tntsuperseries.com began in 2006 and is entering its fourth full season in 2010. Based on NHRA’s Super Street & IHRA’s Hot Rod classes, the multi-event series runs on a 10.90 index in the 1/4 mile (7.00 in the 1/8 mile), guarantees a MINIMUM of $500 for an event win and pays round money for EVERY round win. Competing at facilities in southern Ontario and western New York, there are only two exceptions to the rulebook - no weight minimum and left-hand drive open-bodied cars are allowed.
